Cahors, Pont de Diable 2005, Caves d'Olt, South of France
Cahors is made principally from the Malbec grape, known locally as Auxerrois. Cahors is a beautiful fortified town in south-west France. With a robust flavour and firm structure, this dark-coloured wine is best enjoyed with food. Try with rich casseroles or hard cheeses.
