Diplomatic Siege
When Steve Parker (Peter Weller) is clandestinely sent to the US embassy in Bucharest, Romania to disarm a nuclear bomb that has secretly remained in the building since the end of the Cold War, little does he know that other problems will soon erupt. He joins Erica Long, a diplomatic attache and together they work on setting the correct computer code to disable the weapon. But while watching the video monitors in the long-forgotten secret computer room, Steve witnesses the takeover of the building by the Serbian Liberation Front. They take 37 hostages, including Steve's stepson and demand the immediate release of their imprisoned colleague who is being held for war crimes. They will kill a hostage every hour until their leader is released!
