Contains a documentary about the life of Marilyn Monroe and the film, Hometown Story - Marilyn Monroe in one of her very first films telling of a crusading news editor who returns home to run the local newspaper. When Blake Washington is defeated in the race for re-election to the state legislature, he blames manufacturer John Macfarland. He takes over his uncle's newspaper and decides to take on big business as an enemy of the people. When tragedy strikes, Blake must re-examine his views.
