Soon, as strange flying machines and giant robots threaten the city, she begins to gather clues and discovers a sinister plot to destroy the world. She teams up with old flame, aviator Captain Joseph Sullivan (Law), AKA Sky Captain, and the pair risk their lives to save the earth. Their dangerous mission takes them to exotic locations around the world in a bid to find the evil mastermind behind the plot, Dr Totenkopf.
